Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Told Dave that we had a leak somewhere in the AC system and instead of diagnosing the problem they recharged the AC without us saying yes and didn’t fix the actual leak so it will just keep leaking. Spent $250 for it to keep leaking and upon a request for a refund for unauthorized work on my vehicle, Dave was the rudest and most unsympathetic person I’ve dealt with. Instead of caring about our service he told us not to buy any Volkswagen and how terrible they are, yet not helping us get to the issue of our car. Not caring that our vehicle wasn’t fixed, blaming us for buying the Volkswagen in the first place, and being an absolute lazy owner was the end of the line. I would recommend not dealing with Dave or that shop.

We had a cracked manifold exhaust leaking into the ventalation and I was pretty sure it was outside of this repair shops capabilities but I call them up anyway. Then they proceeded to sucker us down there so they could sell us a cabin filter knowing dam well they were not equipped to fix the problem. So typical car repair shop BS. I will definitely not give them my business.

Have taken my vehicles (both personal and work/fleet) here for close to 20 years now, and they have always been excellent to deal with from minor stuff like inspections and oil changes to bugigger repairs. True neighborhood feel. Fast, honest, and always been willing to help - highly recommended.

I love working with David. He is very straight forward and honest while making sure my car gets taken care of. They filled my washer fluid and put air in my tires for no additional charge without asking and this is a wonderful place to get my old car maintained to keep me from having to get a new one!
